Questions

Do visitors need an account?
No. Anyone can suggest and vote. Name and email are optional.
Will it slow down my site?
No. The script loads async and never blocks rendering. The widget lives in Shadow DOM, away from your CSS.
What happens after 100 suggestions on the free plan?
New suggestions pause until the 1st of next month (UTC). Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade at any time.
Can visitors remove what they sent?
Yes. Anyone who left an email can ask for an export or deletion at sugello.com/visitor-data.
Who handles payments?
Polar handles checkout, invoices and EU VAT. You can cancel from your account whenever you like.
